Topic: Two-part Mould Making Workshop (one-day event)

The day: This practical workshop will cover the whole process of making a two–piece plaster mould. Students will select a decorative glass bottle, and use boxes to form the mould.

Tim will cover the different aspects of mould making, demonstrate the process of slipcasting using plaster moulds, enabling students to work the skill into their own future practice.

At the conclusion of the day, students will leave with a two-piece mould, and once dry can be used to slip-cast from.

Suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience wanting to hone their skills.

All workshop materials, as well as a shared lunch and refreshments will be provided.
